Vitamin C is one of my favorite compounds, but I typically just ingest it for the health benefits. Some of my friends have been using Vitamin C Serum by adding it to their skin care products or by applying it straight to their skin. They have been buzzing about the benefits, and one of my closest friends looks younger and has a glow that I didn’t notice until now, which I’m attributing to the serum. Needless to say, I had to give the product a try for myself and put together this Vitamin C Serum review.
It Smells Good
The first thing that you’ll notice when you use Vitamin C serum is the smell. It has a fresh, citrusy smell. Add it to your favorite skin care products and you’ll love the way they smell even more. Each time that I apply the solution I feel more awake and enjoy the pleasant smell the entire time. It’s actually one of my favorite things about the serum, and for the smell alone I would add it to my skin care products.
Soft Skin
Since I began using the Vitamin C serum my skin became noticeably softer. I believe that’s because it’s remaining moister than it once was. I also don’t feel the need to moisturize my skin as much as I once did now that I’ve begun using the serum daily.
A Nice Glow
My favorite benefit of making use of Vitamin C skincare is the attractive glow that you get when using the product. That’s right, when you use the serum your skin will look just a bit brighter and I think more attractive. It’s almost like it’s a bit more sunkissed, and that’s a look I’m always happy to sport.
After a few weeks of consistent testing it’s easy for me to conclude that Vitamin C serum is beneficial to my skin. My Vitamin C serum review may not seem very complete or extended, but it didn’t take me very long to see the benefits of the compound and I would continue using it just for the simple benefits that I’ve already witnessed.

They say everything in nature is about balance, and that is no less true when it comes to our skin. Achieving the delicate ying and yang of beautiful skin may come down to maintaining the right pH balance. So, what is the magic pH level of healthy skin? On a scale of 0 to 14, the ideal state is slightly acidic, sitting around 5.
What products we use can also affect the pH level of healthy skin. Have you ever wondered why some cleansers give your skin that squeaky-clean tight feeling? They could be disrupting your skin’s pH level. Choose soap-free cleansers that are pH balanced (not too alkaline or too acidic) that fall within the range of normal, healthy skin.

If there is anything we can take away from the pandemic, it’s that we’ve all been washing our hands wrong. Hopefully after we get through this, the normal flu season will never look the same thanks to a new, higher awareness and appreciation for good hygiene!
So perhaps it’s not such a big surprise to find out there are common pitfalls to avoid when it comes to washing our face too, and some important tips for maintaining clear, healthy skin.
