We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased through our website www.timelessha.com, and any of our authorized resellers in the United States. Please submit a return request by emailing support@timelessha.com. In your email, we ask that you provide the reason for the return as well as an invoice for the purchase. Once the return has been received by our team, if the order was purchased on www.timelessha.com, the refund will go back to the original payment method that was utilized. For all returns from our authorized reseller, we ask that you please provide us with your return address as we will be sending a check refund. Please allow 10-15 business days for receipt of your refund.
At Timeless Skin Care, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a Timeless Skin Care product you purchased from us or one of our authorized resellers in the United States, you may request a refund, store credit, or replacement product within 60 days of the date of receipt . A refund or store credit will exclude shipping and handling.
To submit a guarantee request, please contact us at support@timelessha.com. You will be required to provide information about your purchase, including proof of purchase and photos. If approved, a return must be shipped back to Timeless Skin Care within 60 days of the date of receipt .
Restrictions apply:
- Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of order.
- Approved returns for orders within the contiguous US made through www.timelessha.com are free with a provided return shipping label. Approved returns for international orders made through www.timelessha.com or an authorized US reseller must be prepaid and are non refundable. Tracking for these returns may be requested.
- Only one return label is allotted per www.timelessha.com order within the contiguous USA when eligible. Should an additional return on the same eligible order be requested, the customer is required to pay return postage on the additional return.
- If a gift with purchase was included with the order, it must be included in the return for the order to be eligible for refund.
- Return of kits purchased must include all products purchased in the kit to receive a refund.
- Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent will not be refunded.
- For international return orders, the return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- Unless purchased indirectly from an authorized reseller, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process before a credit is seen on your account. Approved refunds for purchases made from applicable authorized resellers will be provided via store credit or check.
- Orders that appear to be shipped to a freight forwarding company for reshipment and damaged are not refunded or replaced.
- Any package returned to sender due to "not claimed" or " insufficient/incorrect address" will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity.
- We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
- Timeless Skin Care reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Timeless Skin Care concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. Timeless Skin Care may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
- This guarantee does not apply to purchases made from any resellers outside of the United States.
- Returns requested due to a sale price adjustment will be subject to shipping and handling costs. A return for a sale price on an additional purchase will not qualify for a free return and must be pre-paid to the customer’s carrier of choice.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
