Skin Care Secrets: Providing Vitamins Is Key

Taking care of your skin is essential to your overall health because it is your body’s largest organ. Vitamin E

This powerful antioxidant helps to protect your skin against sun damage and absorbs the UV rays when applied to your skin. Eat lots of nuts and seeds, take a Vitamin E pill, or use topical products containing Vitamin E to supply your skin with this important nutrient.
