5 Ways to Boost Your Skin Hydration This Summer

2 - Eat Hydrating Snacks

Water-rich foods also help keep your skin hydrated. Most fruits and berries as well as juicy veggies such as celery and bell peppers are great snacks with a high water content.

3 - Pick the Right Skin Care Products
