love how light it is

This review isn't so much about the product (which I do like) as it is about the customer service. I received a bottle of this that had the rubber part of the dropper stained, and dried product under the plastic seal, which looked like the bottle had leaked. Then when I opened it, the product looked all oily and separated - I really did not want to put it on my face. I emailed their generic address asking for a replacement, honestly not even expecting a response. I actually got a response 15 minutes later from someone confirming that they were sending a replacement, and asking for photos of what I received so they could pass it along to their fulfillment people. You really can't beat that for customer service, A++ from me.

I us 3 products in the AM and 3 in the PM suggested for my skin type. I do believe it has slowed down the aging process of my skin.

This serum gives my skin a dewy finish. I love it!
