Share your Timeless Skin Care before and after photos with us! Before and after photos play an important role in the consumer learning about skin care products, By submitting your photos, you allow others to learn from your experience.
After you submit photos, we will reach out to verify your submission, ensuring it aligns with our qualifications and standards. If you meet the criteria, Timeless will express our gratitude by gifting you a [describe gift] for use on www.timelessha.com (the “Site”).
CONSENT
I give consent for Timeless to use my photos for marketing purposes.
By submitting my photos and an honest product review (collectively “Materials”) to Timeless, I agree to this Photo Policy. I understand and agree that photos included in the Materials may be used for marketing purposes (posted on social media, websites, print magazines, etc). I hereby irrevocably assign and grant Timeless a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, disclose, publicly perform, and publicly display the Materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the Materials into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. By providing Materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to access and use the Materials as permitted by this Photo Policy.
REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By submitting the Materials, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
a) you are the creator and owner of the Materials, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize us to use and distribute the Materials as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in this Photo Policy, in the manner contemplated by us, and this Photo Policy;
b) your Materials, and the use of your Materials as contemplated by this Photo Policy, do not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or (iii) cause us to violate any law or regulation or otherwise cause liability for us; and
c) your Materials could not be deemed by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & CRITERIA
· Photos in Materials must show your skin after using one or more of Timeless’s products.
· The photos in Materials shall not be altered, have filters applied, or be a composite.
· The photos in Materials shall be similar angles and in similar lighting.
· Photos in Materials cannot contain visible watermarks.
· Photos in Materials must be high resolution .jpeg or .png files.
· Each Materials submission shall include an honest and true review of the Timeless product(s).
