Shipping & Returns
We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. For domestic customers, USPS First Class Mail should arrive between 3 to 7 days. For orders with 4 items or more, they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 4 days.
We ship to all international countries. Shipping is USD $5 per item to Canada and USD $8 per item for everywhere else in the world. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for packages to arrive as most packages are shipped via USPS First Class International and tracking information is provided. However, please note foreign postal services do not update tracking information consistently. Please allow the 2 to 4 week time frame for delivery. We recommend package forwarders such as 'Stackry' and 'Shipto' for larger orders, as they provide discounted rates and better tracing options.
Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP or postal code will not be refunded. If parcel is returned the parcel will be sent to the correct address provided. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All packages are giving tracking numbers. If a package is marked as delivered and the package is not received we ask that you make every effort to find your package. If unable to locate, a case must be submitted with USPS so that we may proceed with a resolution. To receive a replacement or a refund a US Postal Inspections case number or a police report is requested in order to verify the stolen package.

We offer a 30 day return policy with full refund. Restrictions apply, please see below.

- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted with wholesale accounts. All sales are final. No exceptions. Orders must be cancelled within a few days of receipt. Once an order has shipped it cannot be returned. Even if the package has not arrived to it's destination.
- Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
- Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
- Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
- Return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use USPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
- Orders that appear to be shipped to a freight forwarding company for reshipment and damaged are not refunded or replaced.
- Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, ZIP or postal code will not be refunded. If parcel is returned the parcel will be sent to the correct address provided.
- International packages marked "not claimed" or "insufficient/incorrect address" will be refunded when received minus shipping costs that were charged.
- We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity.
- We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to process before a credit is seen on your account.
